To take action to recover market fee and maintenance fee on resale of grain imported from Parpeth in the market area; To request information tables of arrivals; To deposit the amount recovered with the Accounts Department and maintain relevant records; To maintain personal accounts of all traders/dealers, to submit a review of recovery to the Secretary from time to time; To prepare a monthly summary on the arrival, price etc. of grain imported from Parpeth and to record it in a separate register;
